Allah possesses the power of creating and destroying such multiple existing universe and all of human and objects within it in  very short time because 


"When He decides to do something He just orders it to exist and it comes into existence."


Al Quran 3:47.


Allah needs no tools, object or material to create a object. He only issues order when He intends to do any thing, then it comes into existence.

Allah is one and second to none.
